In-store visits by appointment only: Tuesday through Saturday, 1 pm to 6 pm, and Sunday 1 pm to 5 pm. Appointments can be made online by clicking "Book Store Visit". Tortoise is closed Mondays. Please allow 3-5 business days for online orders to be processed and shipped out. Same-day curbside pick-up is available for orders made during store pick-up hours (Tuesday - Sunday 11 am to 4 pm), but customers must first be notified by email when order is ready. Tortoise is CLOSED for the New Year, January 1st - 4th and will re-open January 5th, 2021.
