Care Instructions:
Acacia lid:
Not microwave or dishwasher safe; handwash only. Avoid open flames and direct sunlight. Do not leave the lid soaking in water; please allow to dry fully before using again. Be careful not to carry the container by the lid alone, as it may fall and break. If the lid is stuck, you can lift one side first to break the seal and open it with ease.
Glass canister:
Dishwasher and microwave safe (avoid overheating in the microwave or heating without water). Avoid using abrasive cleaners. Can tolerate up to 284℉ / 140℃, but beware of sudden temperature changes, as it may damage or shatter the glass.

Returns must be made within 2 weeks in original, unused condition with all packaging for either 1. Store credit for the full amount or 2. Refund - minus a 20% restocking fee. Tortoise does not cover the cost of return shipping or the cost of re-shipping an exchange, and the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
