Higonokami Folding Knives
Crafted from the finest Aogami blue steel, the blades of these pocket knives by Kanekoma are built to last. Craftsmen have honed more than a century of technique into these elegant, handcrafted tools, and it shows. Embedded in soft iron, they feature a double-edged V-shaped blade that folds neatly into a black brass handle stamped with their makers name and the type of steel used.

Handle will patina over time
Aogami steel is not rust proof so if the blade is stored with any moisture, then rust will develop. To maintain, keep the blade dry and sharpen with a whetstone if becomes dull. The handle will patina permanently over time, and the hinge will naturally relax over time.
