Inspired by the philosophy of Yin and Yang, this pair of handmade soaps explores the balance between cleansing and nourishment. Yin combines activated charcoal with grounding botanical oils to gently purify, while Yang blends kukui nut oil with botanical extracts to replenish and soften the skin. Together, they offer a simple daily ritual shaped by complementary ingredients and thoughtful design.
Both soaps are scented with Japanese Hiba essential oil, distilled from reclaimed wood of mature Aomori Hiba trees. Naturally rich in hinokitiol, a compound unique to Aomori Hiba, the oil is valued for its fresh, woodsy aroma and naturally antimicrobial and deodorizing qualities. The result is a cleansing experience that draws on both the restorative character of the forest and a deep appreciation for natural materials.

Studio Cue is based in the hills of Topanga Canyon, and started by a husband and wife team from Japan, Keiko and Tsugu. Golda is an all-natural line of atmosphere sprays and soaps created by Studio Cue, using essential oil extracted from rare Japanese Hiba wood.

Returns must be made within 2 weeks in original, unused condition with all packaging for either 1. Store credit for the full amount or 2. Refund - minus a 20% restocking fee.
