Developed over the course of six years, BALMUDA's "Clear Brewing Method" features precise temperature control, timed drip increments and pouring speed, as well as a BALMUDA exclusive "Bypass Pouring" technology that adds a separate finishing water to your brew for a clean aftertaste without compromising flavor. Easy to use and maintain, select between Regular, Strong, or Ice mode settings and desired cup size, to consistently make the perfect cup of coffee for yourself and another. While The Brew was previously available only in Japan, BALMUDA launches 'The Brew' in the U.S. May 18th, 2023. Previous models prior to this date are specific to Japanese consumers with different voltage and power cord, and without an English manual or warranty. We do not recommend the Japanese version of The Brew for U.S. consumers.

Returns must be made within 2 weeks in original, unused condition with all packaging for either 1. Store credit for the full amount or 2. Refund - minus a 20% restocking fee. Tortoise does not cover the cost of return shipping or the cost of re-shipping an exchange, and the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
