Position Details:
This is not a remote position. In addition to our Sales Associate tasks and duties, the individual who fills this role will focus on growing and maintaining our online store, and innovating practices to increase sales across our varied e-commerce channels and platforms by:
- creating and managing product pages and new product flow processes, tracking and organizing all product assets to guarantee products go live on time
- merchandising the appearance of our online store for easier navigation and attraction of sales
- collaborating with the in-store photographer and merchandiser to create engaging online content
- synergize the online store with other marketing efforts like SMS and newsletter campaigns to maximize our outreach
- The idea candidate would have strong communication and organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and strong follow through. Shopify experience is a plus.
- The individual who fills this role will also work as a floor staff member during open hours, in addition to their e-commerce tasks. This includes welcoming in-store guests, helping customers find products and explaining product care and use, and creating a welcoming environment for all that walk through our space.
- Weekend availability required. Interested candidates must be available to work 8 hour shifts, at least 3 days per week (but up to 5 days per week) for the entirety of our business hours: Tuesday - Saturday 10 AM to 6:30 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
