WRF Mug — Colors
$36.00
Description:
WRF's signature mug in a limited edition colors! Designed to be narrower at the top in order to maximize heat retention for your warm beverage, the base of every mug has been left deliberately unglazed to feature the WRF signature on the bottom. All hand-thrown on the wheel in Orange County by ceramic artist and instructor, Nobuhito Nishigahara — each mug retains its unique, one-of-a-kind feel and appearance.
Variation:
Every WRF piece is handmade. There will be slight variations in form, size, color, and shape. These differences are treasured as a sign of the handcrafted nature of WRF.
History:
Nobuhito Nishigawara originally hails from Nagoya, Japan and is now based in Orange County, California. Fusing the traditional art of Japanese ceramic product with his work as a contemporary artist as well as his formal education in North America, Nishigawara has crafted a widely popular line of functional and casual ceramic-ware with a clean and minimalist aesthetic.
