Whale Knives

History:

The origins of the techniques used to create Yoshihiro knives dates back to the 14th century medieval Japan, when blacksmiths who perfected the technique of handling fire, iron, and water started making swords.

Care Instructions:
Carbon steel knives are not stainless so they are not rust proof. Please make sure the knives are not immersed in water or left wet for any period of time. Please keep dry to prevent rust and apply a light coat of oil occasionally.
