Made from the highest quality ingredients from around the world, but inspired by Japan, Deux Cranes aims to create confections for the passionate chocolate lover.

- Dark Chocolate with Coffee and Cream: Created with the coffee lover in mind, this bar wraps your senses in warm coffee and cream flavors. Combining white chocolate, single origin Ecuodorian dark chocolate, Madagascar vanilla, and dark coffee beans from Colombia.

- Dark Chocolate with Yuzu: Yuzu is a favorite winter time flavor in Japan. The beautiful marriage of rich cocoa notes and the ethereal aroma of yuzu is highlighted with the addition of candied yuzu peels from Kankitsu Labo. Enjoy this tangy and decadent chocolate bar as a nod to Japan's favorite citrus.

- Hojicha Chocolate with Pecans: By roasting hojicha tea powder (green tea), a deeper flavor is created with this chocolate. The addition of caramelized pecan nuts provide an earthiness and the dried cranberries balance out this bar with a zesty finish.

History: 
Deux Cranes Chocolates and Confections is lead by owner and head chocolatier Michiko, a fourth generation Japanese-American with the goal of connecting people through the art of chocolate. After studying pastry and chocolates in Paris at the Ferrandi culinary school, Mochiko created Deux Cranes to fill a space where multiculturalism meets sweets, making chocolates and confections that appeal to people from all kinds of places and stories.

Materials:
-Dark Chocolate with coffee and cream:
Dark chocolate/cocoa liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, emuslifier sunflower lechtin, natural vanilla extract, White Chocolate, whole mild powder, coffee beans, vanilla paste, cane sugar syrup, vanilla concentrate, powdered vanilla bean, exhausted vanilla seeds, cane sugar.

-Dark Chocolate with Yuzu:
Dark chocolate, cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lechtin, natural vanilla extract, Yuzu chocolate, sugar cocoa butter, malodextrin, yuzu juice peels, yuzu beet sugar, millet jelly, ascorbic acid.

-Hojicha Chocolate with Pecans:
Milk chocolate, sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa liquor, sunflower lechtin, Hojicha (roasted green tea), tea powder, caramelized pecans, okinawa black sugar, glucose syrup, water, sea salt, dried cranberries.

Variation: 
Each piece is carefully hand-crafted and will no two will be identical.

Care Instructions:
