Art Collection by Daikokuya

This hot spring inn pioneers the integration of contemporary art into its design. Every month, the salon hosts exhibitions featuring contemporary art, crafts, and traditional handwork, offering guests an opportunity to experience art in a natural setting and engage their senses. The 17th-generation owner, KOKI MUROI, curates exhibitions through dialogue with various artists while managing the inn. This time, we are showcasing works from a diverse range of artists.

Sekizuka Footware Exhibition

Shinji Sekizuka is a craftsman bringing traditional zori into modern life. Sekizuka will showcase and offer two color variations of his zori sandals made with EVA soles, designed for comfort and everyday wear.

BALMUDA Experience Popup

We are very excited to host BALMUDA’s upcoming event which will offer a rare opportunity to experience BALMUDA's iconic lineup firsthand, from classic products like coffee makers to electric kettles to their latest offering— an electric steel-top grill aptly named “The Teppanyaki”. In addition to product displays, there will be live cooking demonstrations as well as tastings of our favorite local food partners. Please feel free to stop by and enjoy!
