Palm sized sea-stone vases by Japanese artist, Mitsuru Koga. Koga follows the natural shape of the stone when carving a natural opening and flattened base so the vase can stand upright. The finishing touch is a mixed media plant made from washi and metal to stand and sway delicately inside each vase. Each pieces comes in an original secure box, like jewelry.

History:
Misturu Koga (b. 1980), based in Kanagawa prefecture, Japan, Koga has the ability to infuse life into seemingly mundane materials, and transforms them into objects of art.
