Karamatsu - Sola Cube
The name 'Karamatsu' comes from the way in which its leaves are attached, resembling a pine tree or 'Matsu', in the Chinese-style of painting ('Kara-e'). The pine cone opens itself up when dry, allowing the seeds in between its folds to fly away and become new growths.
Botanical essence: Unwavering spirit
The packaged plant inside is sourced from nature so there will always be variation in size, color and shape. The packaged plant may or may not look exactly like the plant shown in the photo. Each solo cube is hand crafted so there may be slight bubbles or powder like material in the acrylic, but these are not considered defects.
Since 2014, Usagi No Nedoko of Kyoto, Japan has made it their mission to "communicating the beauty of nature" by perfecting the acrylic arts.
